Forest Park

The debut EP, recorded in college and independently released. Experimental and truly indie, these four tracks introduce who Davis John Patton is as a person and songwriter.

Five days after the release of Forest Park, “By Now I Know It Well” found it’s way to Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist.

A few months later, “Motives” landed on Spotify’s Lush + Atmospheric (now Chill + Atmospheric) where it remains today, having garnered over 1,000,000 streams.

Similar to High Altitude, Jake took the stripped, indie beginnings of these tracks and turned them into what you hear today, specifically “A Tale of Rescue” and “Motives”.

Thad Subra

Thad took the album art photograph in Portland’s Forest Park, posted it to Instagram, and I dm’ed him, “hey, can I buy that as album art?”
